1. How soon will my gift arrive?

Providing your order is placed by 3 o'clock GMT we can deliver your item the next day. We can guarantee next day delivery Monday to Friday, but unfortunatley cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries. We can still attempt a Saturday delivery if you wish or alternatively can arrange for a courier to deliver your item for an additional charge.

2. How will my gifts be packaged?

All gifts will be wrapped using your chosen gift wrap, unless you specify otherwise. If you have chosen to send a balloon this will be placed in a box that has been lined with tissue paper and adorned with ribbons and bows, any additional gifts you have ordered will also be sent in this box.

3. Can I order gifts in advance?

Yes, you may order gifts in advance, simply enter the delivery date during the checkout process and we will do the rest for you.

4. Do my children have to be at boarding school for me to send them a gift?

No, you can send gifts to anyone you like, the site is designed primarily as a service for parents of boarding school children but you can of course send gifts to anyone, anywhere (although balloons cannot be sent abroad)
